Vista Profile issue - Loading a Temporary file after user login?

These Steps will help you solve a profile Issues when a user receives temporary profile login error message, after logging onto the network.

1) You need to login as a Local admin
2) Delete the users Local profile follow this path c:\users\user-name (if possible try deleting the profile from another machine by using the run cmd) once that is done
3) Click on start run and type regedit
4) Select the following until you get into the profile list. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWSNT\CURRENTVERSION\PROFILELIST
5) Locate the key (S-1-5) or the name of the person, this will have had the old profile c:\users\user-name, and delete it, once deleted reboot the machine.
6) You should now have your desktop as to how it was before, when the user first logs, without the Temp profile pop up message.
